Sync Shift - New Updates and bug fixes


Greetings, everyone,

As I continue to develop Sync Shift, I’d like to share some exciting updates and express my sincere gratitude to those who have played the game so far. Your support means a great deal to me, and your feedback plays a vital role in shaping and improving the experience.

Currently, my primary focus is refining the game engine—particularly the level editor, which empowers players to create and share custom stages. Once the foundation is solid, I’ll shift attention toward enhancing graphics, expanding the asset library, and adding more dynamic features. Many elements are still placeholders, but that will change with time, dedication—and your continued input.

Here are several improvements recently implemented:

🎮 Editor & UI Enhancements

  • Undo / Redo functionality (CTRL + Z / CTRL + R)
  • Asset duplication (CTRL + D)
  • Multi-selection with CTRL + Click
  • Rectangle selection using the middle mouse button
    • Add with CTRL, subtract with SHIFT while holding middle-click
  • Faster camera panning via right mouse button (in addition to arrow keys and WASD)
  • Toggle starting conditions: gravity / no gravity
  • Clear button in the UI to reset the scene

🎵 Audio Updates

  • New music tracks added—including two original pieces composed by my business partner

💡 And much more is in the works!

Sync Shift remains a work-in-progress, and I don't anticipate a final version anytime soon. Game development is an ever-evolving journey of feature additions, refinements, and bug fixes—standard fare for a passion project like this.
